We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh via reliable courier partners.

2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Dhaka City: 2-3 business days  
- Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days  
(Delivery may vary depending on location and courier availability)

4. Delivery Charges
- Inside Dhaka: [e.g. BDT 80–100]  
- Outside Dhaka: [e.g. BDT 110–150]  
(Free delivery may apply during special promotions)

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking number via SMS or email for you to track your package.

6. Delays
Aadan is not responsible for courier delays due to weather, political issues, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we’ll do our best to support you in case of any issues.

7. Delivery Issues
