Refund policy

At Aadan, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
- You can return a product within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:
  - The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  - You must provide the order number and a valid reason for the return.
- Items not eligible for return:
  - Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  - Custom or personalized orders
  - Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)

Return Process
1. Contact us via email or phone with your order details.
2. Our team will confirm if your return is eligible.
3. You may need to send the item back to our warehouse (delivery charge may apply).
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.
